With each generation, there are dramatic shifts in the workplace paradigm.  Based on this article’s findings, it's no surprise that Millennials approach the workplace from a completely different angle than their office leaders.  Considering both that Millennials are the workforce of the future, and that this is the first time in history that so many generations have to work side-by-side, all with different expectations, how do you design a place that accommodates everyone?
